How to unlock the Multitasker achievement in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge - Definitive Guide
In Story Mode, each episode has a set amount of "collectibles," and your total can be seen from the level select screen. These collectibles fall into two categories:
My experience was that you'll likely find most, if not all, of these naturally. The cameos are always at the top of the screen, either behind a shaking door, inside a chest, etc. Always something relatively obvious. The traditional collectibles are also easy enough to happen across if you just break all the crates and such that you see, which you should be doing anyway to look for pizza to heal. You can always check a level's stats, and if you missed any collectibles, replay it and focus just on hitting everything on the screen. I personally didn't need a guide, and found all collectibles and all but two cameos on my first blind run, and then it took me 5-10 minutes to replay the two stages where I missed a cameo and easily get them.

- Character cameos, where you essentially free a character and they pop out
- Tradional collectibles, such as VHS tapes, crystal shards, etc. These are always just inside normal breakable containers

To unlock this trophy, you will need to find all of the game's cameos (See Biggest Fan! ) and all of the game's collectibles. There are five sets of collectibles that you will need to find to complete each request, before turning in what you've found for a reward.
The collectibles are tracked on each level screen from the hub world, and can easily be found by destroying any and all destructible items you come across.
