Hit watch then use Rt to fast forward to right before final hit on shredders. Press X to play game. Quickly pause save game. Exit game then play game, load save and take final swing at shredder.

-Set Starting Level: "The Final Shell Shock" under Enhancements
-Then in-game go to settings, increase "player rest" to max and "continue" to max.
Then play the last level which should take about twenty minutes and it shouldn't be too difficult, Xbox Achievement will unlock after being beaten. This should save a fair bit of time.

Wish I had known this little trick before beating the entire game. However, I never played this as a kid, and it didn't take long, and it seems to be just a reskin with slight changes from Turtles in Time. Glad I played through it.

Use the watch trick solution instead of this solution - the watch trick solution will only take about 1 minute instead of 20 minutes

Three ways to go about this:
1) Watch, save before Shredder's dealt the final blow, quit/relaunch, load save and finish him off.
2) Play the game normally with whatever settings you choose.
3) The old SEGA code for the original game:
X, A (x's 2), Y (x's 3), A, X, Options (Start) the level select will appear on a black screen before you chose your Turtle.
Change the options to whatever you wish before entering the code (changing the options nullify the Enhancement Level Select.) Select your Turtle and defeat Shredder. He's fairly easy if you attack him from behind when he does his attacks.
