If you need to mop these up or you want to do them all quickly:

Load up a vs match against the AI. Whatever characters you want.

Once in the match, tap the button to go into heat mode. Once in heat mode you need to press again to execute a heat smash, you know this has worked as your heat meter below your health bar will have disappeared.

Once you've successfully executed the move, press the button and scroll down to level select, select a new level and repeat. You don't need to finish the match.
