“Tornados” are the moves with an orange icon in the Move List:
An easy method is to play Character Episodes as Azucena. Toggle on “Special Style” (LB) then just spam Y combos. The third hit of her combo is always a “Tornado” attack.
Do 10 of these moves total. It counts across all matches, doesn’t need to be in one match. This is sure to come naturally at some point without worrying about it.
This is obtainable in Arcade Quest / Super Ghost Battle / Character Episodes / Story. It’s not obtainable in Offline VS / Practice / Replay.
