How to unlock the Sorry for getting rough back there. achievement in TEKKEN 8 - Definitive Guide
First up, sorry for being bad at the game!
At the Main Menu pick Offline then VS then Player vs CPU.
Choose whichever side you find easier.
Pick Law as your player and anyone else as the CPU.
Choose Easy.
The arena you need is Ortiz Farm.
To move around your opponent, double tap either or and you'll shimmy around them.
Keep shimmying until you line them up so their back is facing the wall shaped like this - VVVVVV
Make sure you have the simple controls chosen. It's and you know it has been done correctly when you see a list appear on the screen that has Speciality Move, Air Combos etc. listed.
Use Speciality move by pressing repeatedly pressing until the opponent is pushed through the fence. This is a strong flying kick. Holding Toward the Opponent plus does a weaker attack that has the same effect. This is the Balcony Break. No achievement for this though.
When you join them in the lower level, do Law's throw using + at the same time. This breaks to the lower level. Unfortunately this doesn't class as a floor break but gets you to the lowest level of Ortiz Farm.
Once on the lower level, just use Speciality move by pressing repeatedly pressing until the opponent is pushed against the wall. This will cause the opponent to bounce off the wall. This is the Wall Bound.

This can be done a few maps (stage select shows what environmental 'attacks' are on each map) but I did it on Ortiz Farm while unlocking "How do you take your coffee".
Despite the description, I unlocked this in Offline Player vs CPU (using remote play on my Windows PC from my Series X). Set CPU opponent difficulty to easy, sidestep to line up the stone railing and use a strong attack to launch your opponent through it. In the next area, use a throw or similar attack to slam the opponent on the ground and you'll break through to the lowest area.
Now slam your opponent into the wall to get achievement for doing a wall bounce.

You need to make the enemy bounce off the wall after a series of blows (throw him up and “send” him into the wall), I succeeded in the Arena
