For this achievement you simply need to win a Ranked match online. First of all, select quick match, when refining your search set the ranks to 2+ only, this will ensure that your opponent is no more than two ranks higher, meaning they will have about the same experience as you. I'd suggest using Forest Law and Paul because Law has his really fast kicks and Paul has his really strong strikes.
