For those of us not well-versed in the game, you could add that Heihachi is in the 2nd row, just to the RIGHT of the blue "?" question mark.
And "Dusk after the Rain" level is in the 2nd row, 7th column.
Finding those 2 things took me longer than getting the achv itself!

Select "Winter Palace" as the stage.
The northern part of the stage, (area with the throne) has a section which you can break the ledge & fall to the bottom of the stage.
Knock a character off that area & you'll unlock the trophy.

You can break a balcony by picking a stage with a low balcony and use a heavy move to push the opponent off it onto a lower level, where your partner will be waiting. The stages with balconies are Dusk after the Rain, Condor Canyon, Tempest and Winter Palace.

To break a balcony you first need to be on a stage with a balcony (Like Dusk after the Rain), then you must use a heavy attack such as 
+ 
when your opponent is next to it near the railing. Once you hit them they will come flying down and your partner will be there to greet them to finish whatever combo you may have been doing. If you are playing through Fight Lab then this achievement is impossible to miss as you cannot continue further without doing this achievement.
NOTE: This can be done in Practice Mode.
