To get this achievement you obviously got to break a wall while fighting.

The easiest way to get this is to go to practice mode and pick any fighter you like and pick the Festive Paradise stage witch is in the United States. Then position yourself facing the wall to the ballroom and keep hitting your opponent into the wall untill it it breaks down and the achievement unlockes

Festive Parade and Eternal Paradise are the stage names. I assume you mean Festive Parade

Click OFFLINE MODE
Click PRACTICE
Select any character
Select UNITED STATES / FESTIVE PARADE (2nd row, 2nd column)

You need to circle around your enemy, so their back is against the wall.
It's not left or right, you have to circle around.

Couple hits and the wall will break and the achv will pop.

You can break a wall by picking a stage that has a weak wall and using a heavy move that causes the opponent to smash into the wall. The stages that have weak walls are Festive Parade and Moonlit Wilderness.

To break a wall you first need to be on a stage with a breakable wall (Like Moonlit Wilderness), then you must use a heavy attack such as + while your opponent is in front of a wall and it will crumble once this happens. If you are playing through Fight Lab then this achievement is impossible to miss as you cannot continue further without doing this achievement.

NOTE: This can be done in Practice Mode.
