How to unlock the The Best of Friends achievement in TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT 2 - Definitive Guide

if your Fighting from The Left then Head do this

Pick Jun and Asuka Make sure Jun is the First one

Move Towards your Opponent and Press down so a Diagonally Forwards and Down and Press X+A and Then RB (Right Bumper) Once Jun Grabs the Opponent

Once That Move has Been Done Tag Back to Jun and Repeat

Yes This Can Be Done Within Practice

For this achievement you need to perform three special tag trows. Unlike normal tag trows these are only available to certain teams with a relationship. Devil Jin/Kazuya, Jun/Asuka, and Hwoarang/Baek just to name a few.

Example for Devil Jin/Kazuya:

F > F+LP+RP > TAG
(Forward > Forward+Left Punch+Right Punch > TAG)

Do this three times in any mode and the achievement is yours.

I used normal Jin and just wanted to note that I only had success when Kazuya was first. Not sure if it's a big deal but may be something worth noting. Good solution though, much appreciated.

I may be doing it wrong can someone explain this in abit more detail
Like whats F and does the arrow mean press that way and the + all at the same time

I think it would be good to point out that you can get this with one single tag team by simply repeating its Tag Throw (or am I the only who understood they should be different?). It is very easy done with the team Feng (1st) and Lei (2nd), because the "Avalanche throw" from Feng counts here and is very easily done. Just do this throw from Feng and immediately press RB for switch.
But it's just my oppinion, thumbs up!

Works for dj and kazuya both ways.round, had trouble at first but timing is everything. Thumbs up. For anyone having issues it's like a double headbutt

If you have problem with the achievement, just change your Controller Set-Up and put RT (LP+RP). Then, all you have to do is Forward > Forward > RT > LB . Voila !

I tried dL KryZi's solution but couldn't seem to master it so I looked around and found something which was a lot easier for me personally.

Nina and Anna have their own special throw which isn't too hard to pull off. It doesn't matter who you start with on this either. Start by doing what is known as a 'quarter circle' in the video (going from crouching stance to standing while moving towards the opponent in the process) Then immediately press X+Y together to grab them, and the second they are grabbed press the TAG button. Simply do this three times and *bleep bloop.* Along with some lovely bone cracking sounds, courtesy of Nina and Anna's high heels.

Practice, Tag , Alex and Roger Jr.
Movement Alex- always go in the direction of the enemy (hold => or <= D-pad) + Y + B. When you catch an opponent quickly RB. (Movement in which Alex throws a rival over thy head to Roger). Repeat 3 times starting with Alex.
Controller setup-type A.

Go to PRACTIC MODE
duet Jinpachi & Wang , Jinpachi F > F+LP+RP > TAG (LB)
you must use 3 team specific tag throws. You'll see in the command list which can be set up for a tag throw (they're the moves with the red symbol), but here's a small list of teams that have unique tag throws

For this achievement you need to do a character specific Tag Throw. For this I picked Devil Jin and Kazuya. Their special Tag Throw are the Mishima headbutts. You'll know you've did it right when after your first character headbutts the opponent your second will then grab the opponent and then headbutt them again.

The Tag Throw will go like this: ,  +  + , (Or ,  +  + , depending on what side you are on). If you were successful do it two more times.

Another Tag Throw is with Baek and Hwoarang. Press ,  + , and both of them will come on screen and do a flurry of kicks to their opponent (Thanks to demonocracy for the tip). 

NOTE: This can be done in Practice Mode.

A partner-specific tag throw is when two specific characters have a special throw that only they can do, by pressing Tag ( or 5) right after using the throw. This is different from an ordinary tag throw, as it has a different command and a unique animation.

Example:
Alex, Roger Jr: +~ (2+4~5)
Jinpachi, Heihachi: ,++~ (f,f+1+2~5)

There are two types of TAG throws: Regular and Affiliate.

A regular TAG throw can be performed by absolutely any team you create.

The Partner TAG Throw can ONLY be performed with certain characters on the team!

For example, Alice and Lars:
To perform their partner TAG throw, you must press + , and then quickly RB (TAG button).
