Tell Me Why

In the third location (sams garage) he will be working on a boat motor. After walking inside there will be a table on the left where you can inspect a torn letter. Read that, then look at the motor. Sam is gonna ask you a few questions, after he asks how the house is coming along ( you will notice the save icon) you should be able to select different cans of lubricant around the garage (yellow one on the table with the torn letter, grey one on the table next to Sam that has a bunch of books on it, etc.) head past Sam and to the left you will see a small cupboard the wall (same one you will eventually need to get the gauze from). Inside is a red can, pick this up and hand it to Sam and the achievement will pop.

If get to the point where Sam injured his hand and brings you upstairs, you can reload the chapter to try again.

In the mission adrift, after talking to Sam or waiting a couple of minutes you can grab a can from the cabinet and give it to him to get the achievement! The cabinet is near the back right corner from when you enter the building! Also make sure you don't wait too long to give it to him because he will end up cutting his hand and you'll miss the achievement!

In the chapter 'Adrift', you will be in Sam's workshop and need to talk to Sam. He will be working on an engine and after trying to start a conversation with him multiple times you'll decide to wait until he is done. You can speed this up and get this achievement by opening the cupboard behind Sam, to the right, and grabbing the red can out of it. Give the can to Sam and you're all set. You can replay any section of the Episode in Isolation mode without overwriting your story progress.

After the police station, we end up at Sams garage to ask a rather nervous question.
Go around the back and enter, where a bit of convo will happen..

This is another waiting for a while part unfortunately, as he messes around with the engine, feel free to look around yourself, but notice on tables to the left of Sam, there are lube bottles (engine lube mind lol)

As soon as Sam asks "How is the house coming along", Your choices of dialogue are "Physically painful" or "very slow" (something along those lines anyway lol).
After this convo, the game should autosave and this is where we can grab the can needed for this achievement.

To find it, if your standing directly infront of Sam, go to the right and behind him there is a sort of kitchen looking small area.
At the back, there is a cabinet so open it up, grab the can from the top shelf and give it to him, unlocking this achievement.

Note, you don't have to wait for him to ask you to get the can.. as soon as that autosave happens after the house convo, you can get it.
Also note, if you take too long and he cuts his hand, you will miss this and just have to replay this simple part.

Nella missione "alla deriva", dopo aver parlato con Sam o aver aspettato un paio di minuti puoi prendere una lattina dall'armadietto e dargliela per ottenere l'obiettivo! L'armadietto è vicino all'angolo posteriore destro da quando entri nell'edificio! Assicurati anche di non aspettare troppo a lungo per darglielo perché finirà per tagliarsi la mano e ti mancherà il risultato!
