This achievement is story related and can not missed. The time added to the upper corner is the the time of the lenght of the videos you watch. So if you watch videos with the time of 60 minutes, you have one hour done...
there is no need to watch the full clips. Just join and leave.

The in-game clock starts at midnight, and progresses whenever you watch a video. Once you've watched enough to reach 3AM, a short cutscene will play and the trophy will unlock.
