I selected one video at a time and gave each video it's own individual tag (ie; A, B, C)
The achievement unlocked after I tagged 5 videos.
> Click on the Database Server RETINA
> Click on Bookmarks (you should have a few video bookmarked already for the Librarian Achievement)
> Under Tags, Check the white box and then click the Tag icon and a type in a tag (ie; something easy like A, B, C)
Note: you can only tag one video at a time as selecting all the videos and tagging them all at once didn't work for me. I also had to give each video a different tag as selecting the same tag for multiple videos didn't work for me either.

Above the search bar should be a tab called "Bookmarks". When you click on it you should see all the videos you bookmarked for Librarian (40G). For this achievement, you just need to tag about 5 of these bookmarks. I just put a different random tag for each one I did this for. To tag a bookmark just click the white box next to it. Then click "add new tag", type whatever you want in the box, then click "apply".
