Popped after the credits at the continue screen for me.

Broken for me, character went out on to the roof and I watched the full credits. I got a pop up for the achievement but it won't show I got it on either the xbox app or ta 30+ min later

Once you reach 5AM, a prompt will appear on-screen to upload the videos you've watched. Uploading the videos ends the game and starts a cutscene of your character leaving their apartment and going up to the roof. Once this cutscene plays, the trophy will unlock.
