Tempest

I've tried several different ways, but the following way is what was the easiest method.

Start a game on wave 7, try not to score more then 7.9k on it. This will give you at the most 39.9k to start wave 8 (3 lives and not that far away from 4). You should have 4 lives easy by the end of wave 8, this means you need to get to wave 11 or 12 to get the achievement ( depending on how much you score ).

I got mine at the beginning of wave 12, this is far easier then starting at wave 9.
