To make these individual achievements for successful dates easier, I recommend completing one playthrough first with Misha. You can then select an individual person to try and date to speed up the end result.

Jake is a potential date for Misha, so select her to start, then choose Jake.

Here's the setup and dialogue choices I went with to earn the achievement. I'm not sure how much the profile pic and interest choices matter, but I'll include those to ensure everything is covered.

Choose the last profile pic.

Industry: Healthcare

Interests: Travel, Technology, Food & Drink.

Star sign: Aries

> Yes.

This ends the first date and Jake will accept a second.

Following these steps, Jake will agree to a third date.
