Complete ALL 50 missions that the game has to offer. Difficulty doesn't apply to this achievement, just beat every mission at least once.

As for the achievements that require you to complete

*40 missions
*30 missions
*20 missions
so on.....

Just beat any (required number) of missions to obtain the achievement. No specific order is required.

WARNING!! ***MINOR SPOILER ALERT***
The last mission will require you to do two fights, so level up your combat stuff to a certain degree. For the last boss, both times I just jumped off the main temple and ran to a ledge that leads to water. The boss will somehow always know where you are, so be ready for him to run after you. (Needn't worry, he isn't very fast and cannot kill you in one hit or anything) ;) Just wait on a ledge and get him to attack you, back him up against the edge and knock him into the water. This counts as an instant kill, because for some reason.... nobody in feudal Japan could swim but YOUR NINJA. T_T Ah well, best not to worry about it. It's just a game after all, right?
