How to unlock the Down The Knife Hole achievement in Tentacles: Enter the Mind - Definitive Guide

On certain levels you'll come across a knife sticking in the ground with the handle on the top.

What you want to do is attach all the tentacles to the front of the handle (that is, the side facing the screen closest to you the player, not Lemmy) and then click on the hole so Lemmy's next tentacle takes him through the hole.

agreed, what you have to try to do is keep clicking to get the body hovering close to the hole, and than click on the hole to get it through, not easy but doable with patience

When you come across a knife sticking out of the ground, I found the best way to get this achievement was to latch onto the blade and then rapidly click the mouse (I played it on my laptop, tablet users may have to adjust accordingly) so that Lemmy would slowly creep up the blade towards the the hole in the blade. It may take a few tries but you should be able to get it after two or three attempts.

On some of the levels within the layers you will see a knife sticking out of the ground with a Lemmy sized hole near the handle. You need to make it about half way through the hole to trigger the achievement. There isn't a really consistent way of doing this. The way I would recommend would be to get close to the hole and tap fast and repeatedly until Lemmy goes through. This might take a few attempts.
