This is not too difficult and might come naturally without even trying. Just to be clear though, you'll need to find a level were 3 rubber duckies appear close enough to each other so that you can have each tentacle touching one rubber duckie. Once you've done this the achievement will pop.

On some levels within the layers you will see rubber duckies. As long as there are three of them, grab one with each tentacle and on the third one the achievement will unlock. This can be done in multiple places such as the moving duckies but I found the stationary duckies to be easier.
