-Consider upgrading your radius to kill enemies. The starting range of 40 makes it very difficult to get all 5 enemies in one shot. I was able to get it with 60, but even that was a little close.
-Areas with 5 enemies close can be hard to come by at times, but I found that the chess boards usually had them clustered pretty close. Usually 2 or 3 big heads/spitters and 2 or 3 kamikazes can be found there. Eventually get in the middle of the shooter group with the kamikazes trailing and set off the bomb.
Might require later layers to guarantee enough enemies, but not too hard in general

The easiest way to get this achievement is to upgrade the enemy killing radius of your bombs power to 70 -- which takes a total of 33,000 coins -- and use your bomb when you are in the middle of the platform where 8 enemies pop up. This is the same platform where you can get the "Center Of Attention " """"" achievement. If you are directly in the middle of the elevated platform you will kill all 8 enemies. If you are a bit off center you will kill 5-7 enemies which is still enough to get the achievement. See the "Center of Attention" video for the spot described above.
Alternately, revive token bombs do count towards this achievement and their radius is the same as whatever your bombs power is set to so if you happen to die relatively close to five enemies and have a revive token handy you can get this achievement that way as well. Using the revive bomb method, the earliest layer I believe you can obtain this achievement is layer 9, Guilt at the far corner of the chessboard.
