How to unlock the Oscillating achievement in Tentacles: Enter the Mind - Definitive Guide

You will randomly encounter an oscilloscope in some levels. Instead of just skipping it make you sure attach all three tentacles to the screen which is located on the lower right side of the object.

I would add that even though the levels are random, they appear to show up in later layers as well. I found one during Layer 11: Regret.

 On some levels within the layers you will see an oscilloscope. All you need to do is attach at least three tentacles to the oscilloscope screen and the achievement will unlock.
