I have to assume that this achievement / trophy is bugged on both Xbox and PlayStation and unlocks when you beat on chapters on Mastery Level 3, and not 15 as the description says - and when you look at chievo / trophy rarity it just confirms what I say.
...so I guess that Mastery 3 Platinum unlocks when you beat all missions on level 15? We'll see.
