This achievement will be easier if you see the map and the reward. You need to research the skill with a few crystals. Perks are shown on the map with a star. The colour of the star only indicates how valuable it is. This is unimportant.
You must give priority to the challenges with a star.
The workshops are just as relevant. You can recognise them by the forge symbol. There you can buy several perks for batteries. Batteries can be bought with crystals. Buy as many perks as possible.
All perks count. You can have the same perk more than once.
