This will need to be done in chapter 3. Your looking for the red symbols on the missions, with the details of destroying statues. This will take 4 missions as the first two will have 3 statues, third with 4 and the last one with 5.
Once you destroy 12 before failing a level the achievement will unlock.

Odd. All my routes never have me enough and for some reason cancelled some once I got near even though the path was still available.
But that’s good to know as it would be an easier time on ch2 than 3
