Achieving this achievement is less a matter of skill and more about knowing which car to use, since the choice of your ride is very vital for beating those. With the right car, you will end up acing most of these on the first try.

Hawaii Cup 2 naturally doesn't unlock before you beat Hawaii Cup 1.

Obtaining all the licenses is a requirement to unlock all the cups and championships.



Upgrading them is usually only doing very little, so you can neglect that until you really think that a little bit of bhp or grip would help you tremendously.

With these cars, you'll most likely win - at least i did:

C4: Lancia Delta (beginner car - easily your best choice for whole of Ibiza)
C3: Jaguar D-Type (I think this is a wreck-car and needs to be collected).

B4: Land Rover Range Rover Sport HSE
B3: Mercedes Benz ML 63 AMG

A7: Alfra Romeo Brera Italia Independent
A6: Audi TTS Coupé
A5: Lotus Evora "Solar Crown" (Prize for winning Ibiza Cup) - alt: Audi S5

These are only suggestions, of course.
Price has no meaning for the actual performance. Try to see if you can get the cars 'used' for a little rebate.

Some minor tips:

The AI can be beaten usually with the car that your direct competitor drives (start a race and look into the roster after finishing it). Again, upgrades aren't really necessary, but might take the edge out of tricky races - however, if you have problems with a course, trying to find a different car would usually be the better solution (and getting all the cars is your long-term goal anyway).

Don't break on offroad races. Full throttle usually works best here. Steer early into corners. Since the AI breaks before corners, you will win with a significant advantage in time easily on all the offroad races.

Be careful with environmental hazzards with A and C races. Take your time, drive carefully. Don't accellerate when jumping and landing. Some cars (esp the Veyron) love to crashland really awkwardly, so breaking before lifting off might help. Also, keep an eye on the map and try to take a lift-off so that you land on all fours again.

Start championships and cups with time-trials or speed races to get the first place position overall, which gives you the pole position in any race against the AI - which is very useful in taking and keeping first place.

Be an ass - during races against the AI, immediately steer over from pole position towards the second place position and make them break instead of overtaking you. Check the rear-view (all while making sure you're on a straight line) if one of them comes close and needs to be blocked.

When launching off the start line, have the RPM meter at about 50% when the counter hits START - accellerate carefully before the start and depending on the car, 50 to 100% on the accelleration phase, so it doesnt break out.

Timed races are usually pre-beaten with one particular car (the car of your best-scoring competitor). If you have problems, chose one that has more bhp or accelleration (on curve-heavy tracks). Other than that, don't race these courses recklessly. You have enough time with the fitting car to even break a little before corners.
Even with a bad start and the first checkpoint being in the reds, you can usually take first place in the end. Just make sure you have a car you feel comfortable with (high accelleration, high top speed, good handling).

Some tracks offer a short-cut, so even if you risk penalty points, going offroad or straight through a curve towards the next checkpoint can be a big help.

Last but not least, I noticed that your choice of camera angles makes a bit difference when driving. For narrow and curvy roads, it seems to be best to have a third person view. For other races, I personally went well with hood camera.

Good luck, its certainly doable and just needs moderate skill with a bit of dedication.
