How to unlock the King of Ibiza achievement in Test Drive Unlimited 2 - Definitive Guide
This achievement is unlocked on the island you start on, You must complete all Challenges in the C4, B4, A6 and A7 categories. After these are complete a cup will unlock in the centre of the island. This is the Ibiza Cup.
Below is a guide to the cars i used in each section, this is my opinion of which cars are best for each category..
C4 - When you get the choice for the 1st car i would pick the Lancia Delta integrale evoluzione, its by far the best starting car.
B4 - The Volkswagen Touareg V10 TDI - keep an eye out for this in the "Used Car Dealer" where you buy your 1st car. If its not there then "European Cars (north)" is the place to pick it up.
A7 - I used the Alfa Romeo Brera Italia Independent, This is also available at the "Used Car Dealer" place but if its not there its available at "Italian Cars"
A6 - The Audi S3 was my pick for this, not as fast as the TT coupe but handles alot better which helps when you come to the Ibiza Cup. Is found at "Used Car Dealer" or at the Audi dealer.
There are 8 challenges, only 1 is unlocked at the start, you have to come 1st in each event. This will unlock the next event .
All events are easy but the "speed" event which you use your A6 car for is a bit tricky, The easiest way i found was to accelerate down the 1st straight until tou reach the corner then pull a 180 with the handbrake and drive back towards the starting line, this guarenteed me 1100 points which was enough for 1st place.
The Ibiza Cup ends in a race around the whole of the island in which you have 54mins to do it in.... enjoy!

In this cup, in each race you need to come only in first place, so choose your car wisely, and at the last race, be patient, because... it runs through the whole of Ibiza, for about 100 km
