How to unlock the Me against all of you achievement in Test Drive Unlimited 2 - Definitive Guide
Fairly straightforward. First, visit the Community Racing Center. It is located on the western coastline of Ibiza Area 1. On your overhead map it will be under 'Single Player Challenges' and looks like a word balloon with a $ sign and an ! point.
Go and enter there. Walk to the Races Counter immediately to the left and talk to the concierge. Pick 'Challenges' and you'll get a list of gamer-created challenges. Choose one, complete it (win or lose) a total of 40 times. The first 25 times will net you 40 Social points as well, enough to level you up a few times if you're new to the game. The last 15 will not earn points, but will count towards the achievement.
If you're lucky, a helpful gamer will have created a fast, easy challenge and you can fly through them quickly. I found a challenge someone titled, "For Achievement and Social Points." It was a 60 yard downhill timed event that took 3.5 seconds a pop.

-Me against all of you achievement
First find the CRC ( Community Racing Center ) and find the guy to your left when you walk in, he is holding all the challenges that are in right at the moment.
Try to find a race where you don't need to put money up, so if you lose you don't lose money, and hopefully you can find a speed challenge with maybe 10/20 seconds on the clock.
When you start, just finish it, you can wait at the startline or just race it out to make it less boring. When you finished the race you will respawn back to the menu, here you select "Retry" and this will counts towards the achievement, do the same race/speed/speedtrap challenge over for 40 times, ( it doesn't have to be in a row ), and the achievement will pop after the 40th time.
Hopefully this is usefull

UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE
There are several Community Racing Centres on each island, which are found on the map under the 'Single Player Challenges' menu, represented by the '$!' symbol. Upon entering the Community Racing Centre turn left and select 'Races Counter'. Click on 'Challenges' and you'll be presented with a list of all the challenges that have been uploaded by other players.
The quickest way to complete 40 challenges is to search for challenges without a fee or reward, and then find one which takes only a few seconds to complete. You can replay the same challenge 40 times and it will count towards the trophy.
Playing 25 challenges will count towards Level 60.

Go to the "Community Racing Center" by looking at the "Single Player Challenges" tab in the Map .
While there, look for a race that is as low as possible in terms of distance and best time. Repeat this race 40 times, winning or losing, and this achievement will unlock.

It's very simple and quick to do:
press the start button, go to the challenge editor, select the speed solo mode, set the start of the race on a straight section of the road, then in the settings set the race time to 5 seconds and the required speed of 50 mph, remove the entry fee for the race to zero and do a test drive of the track. After that, publish this route to the racing center (there is a button in the form of an envelope at the bottom). After successfully submitting the route, go to this center, go in, there will be a man standing on the left, select My created challenges there, you will see your route that you just published, then select it and drive through, then without leaving the race after the finish, press retry and so on 40 once.
It turns out that you don’t have to ride 40 different tests of other people’s racers, you can create your own elementary challenge and ride it 40 times yourself)))
And regarding the publication of your tests, when you do this, set the display of your test in the club for a day, because at the moment you can only publish 3 tests per day, and the game has a task to publish 15 such tests. Therefore, after a day, you can safely download 3 more tests, etc.
