For this you need to invite or join another players from your friend list.

Press ''start'' button, select "players", choose your friend , tap A, then you can join him or invite.

To save anyone the hassle of doing it themselves (making my mistake complete waste of an hour ha ha )

lab0kup solution is spot on, however i would like to add more, for people who dont have friends who play this game.
You can have this done in about 20 mins if your lucky.
1st visit the community race center, or the casino (you need the dlc),either one is fine, as what you need to do is find an area that had lots of players walking around(casino is much better).
Now send friend request to people that you meet, if you like you can also send them a nice message for them to help.
Once you make 2 friends, look in the map to see that the new friends are in different areas, if this is the case,press start , select friends , pick friend "a” and press join, as you join them the saving sign will start spining, now as soon as you see this hit start, and join player ”b” ....rinse and repeat , it took me about 15- 20 mins to finish this, the only thinf is you need the players to be in different areas.

Before attempting this trophy please note that there is a bug related to how many friends you have on your list, which can glitch the trophy. If you have more than 84 friends then you will need to trim it down to less than 84 before starting. If you haven't added anyone for boosting this game, then I would recommend trimming your list to 70-75, as you need at least 7 players for Keep your distance.
When boosting any of the other online trophies that require 2 or more players, anytime you join another player or invite them will count towards this trophy, and they do not have to accept the invite for it to count. You may or may not get this trophy before the others - it'll depend on how kind the TDU2 servers are to you while trying to obtain the chase trophies. If you do not obtain this before completing the others, then combine it with some of the other Social requirements for Level 60. Inviting 10 friends to your home (the same person 10 times counts), and playing co-op driving for more than 2 minutes will add to your Social score and count as invites/joins. You can also join friends while they are driving around the map by going to the 'Players' tab on the map, selecting a friend and clicking on 'Join'.
