Here a clean explanation of the clans achievements from many sources, like on YT as main part, from TDU forums as well but written as simplified as possible:

Step 1 : Join a clan

After you have reached the level 12 of reputation, you will be asked to choose a clan between Sharp and Streets (the matter is about aesthetics but the progression and races will be the same) so up to you to pick one of those 2 clans. Afterwards, you will take part of a clan intregration by doing a race against the clan intregrater who will race you before to be accepted definetely inside the clan, whil you will have the option to confirm for sure the clan choice.

Step 2 : Prepare / Start for a grind of clan reputation/influence

There 3 requirements for a quickest method to farm the clan influence within a day of play (max a solid 10h need to be counted) :
1. You need to have your level 20 of repuatition to unlock Gran Tourer category (along ranked races)
2. Need to own the Porsche Taycan Turbo S Cross Turismo (2021) with a price around 1.201.500 solar credits/coins
3. Look in Aberdeen district for a race called "Tunnel Vision", located on the highway connected to the district of Wan Chai district (south side of that district, a clean double lane highway).

Step 3 : Rinse and Repeat the Tunnel Vision clan race

After you got all of this, you need to max upgrade the car as high you can for a better grid position in the race, in order to win the race as fast you can do it. The race itself have a average race completion under 1.35 min but if you have maxed the car with elite upgrade (on the lvl 45 of reputation, closer to even 1.22 min of race time)

So after you reach lvl 10 of clan influence, you will need likely a solid 10 min per rank, until level 50 of clan reputation (as the clan max influence requirement up every each 10 rank), so it still be needed a solid 10h to max to lvl 50 as above :

• Lvl 1 to 10 : < 1h or 2h

• Lvl 10 to 20 : 2h (18k of clan reputation/influence per rank)

• Lvl 20 to 30 : 2h (21k of clan reputation/influence /rank)

• Lvl 30 to 40 : 2h (24k of clan reputation/influence per rank)

• Lvl 40 to 50 : 2h or maybe more (24k/26k of clan reputation/influence per rank)

Last thing i'd have write, if you are first on the race, you will earn 4.5k clan XP :
2.5k as race reward for the clan
4*250 clan XP to have beaten all 4 clan rivals/opponents = 1k of clan XP
1k clan XP for being the winning clan as bonus

PS : To be noted, you will have to each 10 ranks, beat a challenger in order to progress further ahead in the clan of your choice.

Also, you will in that grind, your main reputation XP and solar coins rewards will decrease after a couple of races but for some reasons, the clan influence doesn't decrease at all... Maybe it will be patched later on by the devs if they see the trick here, but as written right now, that how it's mainly see on YT but i wanted to written what they said in a structured text to everyone here.

And no, driving assists dont add more XP for the clan.
