Throughout the map there is various gas stations that you can unlock (16 if I remember correctly)
To unlock this achievement damage your car (by crashing into something at high speed) and then going to a gas station and lining your car up next to one of the pumps.
Then simply follow the input suggestions and your car will be cleaned and repaired free of charge.
