This is an easy achievement.
When you start the game and get your first car , just follow Sat-Nav to the first race. Then finish the race and the Sat-Nav will direct you to your house/flat. Now when you get to your house you will have covered around 11 miles , then you just drive another 20 miles and it will pop up.
Also note: It does count the miles you covered in the rental car at the very start.
