This achievement should unlock fairly early on. The cheapest and quickest way to do this is to buy the first two houses you are offered. Each cost 50,000 credits. To keep you costs to a minimum up until then, rent either the Pontiac GTO or Chevrolet wagon for 10 minutes, costing you 800 credits. After that buy the Saturn Sjy for 22,000 credits. Keep doing races until you get 50,000 credits which is enough to buy your second house.
Maka, and, eggnog
You start the game off with a house. Once you buy your first house, you're only approx. $200,000 away from your second. Get enough money, and go buy yourself another house.
