You can only upload 1 challenge a day, so this will take 3 days to get. To Create a challenge, go to editor from the pause menu and then create a challenge, test drive it and save it, then go to the drive in icon on the map and go to 'My Challenges' and upload it. Do this 3 times and there you go.

May I also suggest that anyone who needs this achievement must upload at least 1 - 2 Custom Challenges before Wednesday 26th September. The reason is if you decide to start uploading on Wednesday 26th September or later, you won't get this achievement, as the final day would be on Saturday 29th September, and that's the Server Shutdown date.
Another pointer is in order to access Editor Mode, you'll need to reach "Pro" Level in the game. To reach Pro, you'll need a total of 180G+/1000G!
You must also make sure that you only upload the challenges for a day only (24hr), as time is running out. You will get your achievement, once you've uploaded your 3rd one!
