Tetras are the blocks that you play as. To save them, you just need to finish a level and you will “save” all the Tetras in that level. When you finish world 6 you will have 166 Tetras saved, so some clean up will be required. Simply replay any level of your choice to farm the remaining Tetras. I would recommend level 2-3.

This is cumulative across all levels and replays, and will most likely not unlock by the time you finish all other achievements, so you'll need to grind this out. I personally did this on level 7-1 after finishing World 6. It takes around 4-5 seconds to beat this level and you'll save 2 Tetras per time. It took me less than 5 minutes to grind out the remaining saves towards this achievement.
