You must be in Journey mode, to get into the zone you charge the zone meter on the left side of your screen, you don't have to fully charge the zone meter to use it but you will get more time the more full your meter is.
Use the right trigger to enter zone, after ten minutes of zone the achievement is yours, its a bit of a grind but will come naturally if you play a lot.
