A Back to Back is when you do two ore more Tetris in a row.
The easiest way i found to farm the 500 Back to Backs is by playing All Clear game mode.
As shown in the video below just fail until you see the pieces align to make one Back to Back or more, by the end of the round just start again, shouldn't take you too much time to get the achievement. By doing this method i earned around 2% to 5% of the achievement each round.
