Fairly easy and straightforward. exactly what it says "score 100k in cascade with fill rate at high."
First start a game in cascade mode and make sure you have the fill rate set to high. just play like normal keep going for tetris. if its getting too high just clear out lines until you get back to the bottom.
I got 128,000 in 10:20 with only 9 Tetris, 0 Tspins, 168 Lines, and 1 back to back.
If your having trouble just go slow and stay close to the bottom and clear each line as it appears. this way is slow but there is no time limit so as long as you keep clearing lines you will get there eventually.
Note the achievement will not pop until your game is over so once you reach 100k you can die and the achievement will be yours.

going slow is not smart, when the fill rate is set to 'high' , it is timed on how often it fills, you do not want to go slow, make sure you are putting down pieces correctly but do not waste time putting it there, go for a few tetrises at the beginning but then just try and fill, i got this with something like 3 tetrises and maybe 1 back to back, once you get further into the game you will get more points the higher the level, just keep trying to keep it down and when right at the top take your time and get everything ready and your next move ready

Start off and build up some Tetrises but as soon as the fill kicks in you will have to try and clear them as often as possible. This mode is made easier by the fact that often when you clear a line a piece will drop from above into the newly formed fill lines, plus 100,000 points isn’t massively high so keep going even if the grid keeps getting higher as there is plenty of chances that a number of cascades will soon clear it.
