Set the game onto marathon and the level to 15, this will go very fast and basically just drop down instantly but now all you have to do is just break a single line and the achievement is yours.

Note: Buy some time by clicking the "rotate" button feverishly. As long as the piece is rotating, the drop is not locked in. You can slide the piece left and right while you have it spinning in this manner.

Go to Marathon mode and set the starting level to 15, then just create one line.
