This will mostly take practice, practice, practice. Seasoned Tetris-ites should be able to achieve this with a modest amount of effort. Some tips to maximize your score:
- Begin at a level that's fast but still allows you to manage the grid well. If you start at level 1, the 80 lines it takes to get to level 8 will be worth less than had you started at level 7 and did those same 80 lines.
- Tetris early, Tetris often.
- Whenever possible, try to score a t-spinner drop. If you can score one and clear two lines at the same time, even better.

One tip that helped me out: in the later levels when it gets really fast, if you keep flipping the Tetris piece once it reaches the bottom, it won't click into place right away, giving you a little time to look at the next few upcoming pieces and evaluate your strategy. You can even use this constant flipping strategy to sort of "spider-walk" your piece from one side of the board to another. I had never reached 350,000 points prior to trying this out, and once I tried it, I got past 500,000 points in my first attempt.

As with the earlier medals, try to get Tetrises until you can’t cope and then just form as many lines as you can. At the higher speeds you get plenty of points just for one line so don’t worry and take it one at a time.
