To get the Ultra Gold Medal achievement, you need to set the start level rather high so that the cleared lines are worth more points. With a start level of 11, I got to 25,000 points by getting one back-to-back Tetris (no other lines cleared in between the Tetrises) followed by clearing an additional two lines. The video below shows my run at this. Notice that I store a long piece in the beginning so that I had one handy when I built the grid up high enough to get the first Tetris.

Thanks! I was trying to get this one forever. I didn't even realize that starting on a higher level gave you more points per line. That's definitely the key here

This can’t be done unless the starting level is at least 9+ as at the lower levels you simply won’t get enough points even when doing Tetrises.
