How to unlock the Speed Demon achievement in Tetris Ultimate - Definitive Guide
You have to complete 3 speed related badges to get this achievement.
80 TPM and 60 Seconds Sprint can be done in one game. Connect a second controller and let the other player lose by stacking the blocks to the top and do the same with your main profile, but a bit slower. You will reach way over 100 TPM that way and finish Sprint in about 7 Seconds (and get a win for another badge).
An easy way to get 30 LPM is to play Battle against a second controller or Tetribot with your Handicap set to 10. Delete 3 or 4 lines and then stack the blocks to the top. If you get lucky you will reach between 30 and 35 LPM.
/edit:
The 60 Seconds Sprint method seems to be patched. It is worth to try to get it offline without the patch.

I don't think you can get 60 second sprint that way. At least for me its not counting that as a win.

I did it that way. My best time solo was around 1:45.

After the patch for this achievement, it has become significantly harder to do, however it is still possible. There are 3 challenges that you have to complete to get this achievement
- TPM - 80 TPM in one game
- 60 Second Sprint - complete sprint in under 1 minute
- LPM - 30 lines per minute achieved in one game
Getting the required TPM and LPM will be achieved naturally as you play this game, but if you are struggling to achieve this then the next challenge is much harder. To earn 60 second sprint award and earn this achievement, you must clear sprint mode in under 1 minute. This means you must have an LPM of 40, and a very high TPM (mine was 177 when I achieved this).
Some helpful thoughts for the sprint is that you need a balance between consistency, and speed. Clearing 40 single lines is very slow compared to clearing 10 tetrises. This is due to the animation time for the line clears is the samefor singles and and a tetris. I would also very strongly recommend starting at level 15 in sprint as it is at lot easier to play fast when the gravity is instant.
One last piece of advice is don't be afraid to restart. The time limit is VERY strict and a single mistake can ruin your run for the time, but at the same time, don't restart over a single mistake. As long as you can keep stacking for tetrises, the mistake should cost little time as you will get one triple instead of a tetris.
Good luck in earning this achievement
