You can do this achievement with a second controller!

You need to play 45 games of Battle Ultimate. Let the second controller idle and play as usual, trying to stack the blocks as fast as possible to get more power-ups per game. Use them asap because they vanish after a few blocks. It takes around 15-20 matches until you triggered 100 power-ups.

After that all you need to do is win until you get 45 wins total. The fastest method is to stack the blocks of the second player to the top as soon as the match begins. Should take around 10 seconds per match.
