As the description says, talk to Red 51 times by selecting the turtle icon. I recommend doing this in chapter *05 MISOGI (Placebo storyline) after reading all the mails (you've probably already talked to Red 10-20 times at that time).

In the Placebo storyline, right at the beginning of #01 NAGARE you will be able to talk to Red the turtle. Simply do this 51 times and the trophy will unlock. This is cumulative across all Placebo cases.
