The Addams Family: Mansion Mayhem

You can get this achievement in the first story mission. Once you get to the big open area in the video below, look for the ramp that you can slash down to the left.

Going up that ramp you will find a collectible on the first lily pad type platform, you have to jump across the lily pad to collect all 5 of these collectibles until the family crest spawns in which will go back to the middle lily pad type platform

This achievement can be easily unlocked during the first level of the Dining Room world as you are only required to collect 100 doubloons. Also, as a side note in order to complete the game you will need to have obtained a certain amount of crests to unlock levels. By the time you reach the final level in the Laboratory world you will need to have collected a total of 52 crests throughout your entire playthrough.
