The Addams Family: Mansion Mayhem

Once you unlock a mini game you have the option to replay it on the main menu screen of the game. Otherwise, throughout your entire playthrough of the game you will unlock both this achievement, and the play ten mini games achievement naturally as you progress. Also, I want to add that it does not matter if you beat the score required to earn a crest; it will still count towards your total of mini games played.
