This will get you the no deaths and speed medals for the Golden Spider dungeon.

Complete the game normally collecting everything to obtain the remaining medals for the achievement.

I was able to jump out as you did at the 45 second mark and then leap to the left and keep pushing left. The world wraps and you will land right next to the end of the dungeon.

This does not seem to work any longer plus a wall has been added when you 1st jump up to stop any progress towards the left screen

you can't go left but it def works. Works even better with double jump mod :)
