This achievement is obtained in the Chalice of the Gods dungeon. To access this room, you must first collect at least 99 coins. Once you have the coins, you'll find the coins guardian in the room that's third from the top and in the second column on the map.
Once in the room, you simply need to walk past the guardian on the sign with 99 on it. The achievement will pop as soon as you walk into the next room.
