For those of you struggling with only 5 hearts appearing in the game, I did the same until I realised I has turned off the limited lives, as soon as i made it activate, the rest of the hearts appeared during the play through. You can leave on the double jumps, infinite ammo and rhino armor aswell.

There are medals for doing the following in Orb of Life:
- Complete the game in under 20 minutes
- Complete the game with 0 death
- Collect all 115 coins
- Collect all scrolls (just 1, completion scroll)
- Complete all 27 rooms (get check marks on all rooms)
- Collect all hearts (for total 11)

All medals can be easily got in one run with inf. ammo, double jump, and rhino armor modifiers on.

War hero - 100G = Unsure if this one is glitched... I can only obtain 10 hearts, then when I restart, it defaults it to 5 hearts, and throughout the Orb Level, there are no hearts to be found, any people getting the same, or anyone has any suggestions??

@Quiggzo: I actually completed the Orb of Life portion of the achievements on 4 different accounts in the process of creating the walkthrough and it is 100% not glitched. If you have the Scroll of Completion, make sure all rooms are checked off, if a room isn't checked off, the final heart is probably there.

@Sangriaz, I noticed that the half-hearts seemed to dissapear after a while. I played blind so got the completion scroll fairly late on, and the half heard behing the moveable wall was not there any more when I got there. Worth a check

@Corrupt XBA Thanks for the info. I played it through four times and never experienced the issue but all of the runs were under 10 minutes so it could be an issue of time as you mentioned. Do you know exactly which room, heart was missing and approximately how long into the run?

@Sang - As above, it was the one behind the moveable wall you have to move to get accesss to the completion scroll, on the left hand side. This was after I finished the temple for the first time and went back to mop up any missing items.

How do I reset the hearts? Missed the final one on my play through but when I restarted none of the hearts anywhere showed up... weird

Start the 3rd Dungeon "Orb of Life"
Must Set Records in the following Areas:
TIME: Complete the game in under 20 minutes
LIVES: Complete the game with 0 deaths
COINS: Collect all 115 coins
SCROLLS: Collect Completion Scroll
ROOMS: Complete all 27 rooms (There are secret rooms off the map where you collect hearts)
HEARTS: Collect all 11 Hearts
**If you complete this level and you cant find hearts, then you need to enable the "Limited Life" Modifier that is unlocked after beating the 3rd Dungeon. This will enable you to see/collect the hearts again
