easiest done on, the eternal sir francis level, there a bit with a painting, one person at were it ends and below two people and a armoured person plus chest, knock the one off then lure the others up to the same spot it but leave one alive so that they knock you out rinse and repeat

On the later levels of Tintin and Haddock mode you will be able to enter painting of Sir Francis by press 
up and 
. Move the painting until you are near an enemy and press 
to knock them out. After the 10th enemy is down, the achievement will unlock. You don’t need to knock out all 10 while in the same painting.
