This is simple enough, Thoughout the game you will come across bunch's of bananas, pick them up by standing ontop of them and pressing the right trigger.
You can either place them on the floor or hit people with them, either counts towards the cheevo.
When ready to fire them press the right trigger to aim and the press A or X to throw them.
This can be achieved in either tintin mode or tintin and haddock mode or like i did a mix of the 2.

During the story and Tintin and Haddock mode you will come across bananas you can use to throw at enemies. Throw bananas at 15 enemies and the achievement will unlock. There is no shortage of bananas and it will carry across both modes.
