Explosive objects are the glowing green bottles you encounter throughout the story and Tintin and Haddock mode. Just wait until 2 or more enemies are close together then throw.

This is relatively straightforward - in one of the Baggar missions you get to a point where there is a bomb, a shut door, and two enemies talking the other side. Pick up the bomb, open the door and throw it immediately for the acheivement. If you are too slow, and only kill one, let the other one knock you out, and you start again in the same room, so can have another go at it!
